21KM MOONLIGHT BEACH RUN
A half-marathon with a difference, running along open beaches at low tide in the light of the full moon! Run from Port Alfred to Kenton.

South Africa’s Only Moonlight Beach Half Marathon
Low Tide Means An Easy Run
All runners will meet at West Beach in Port Alfred. A shuttle service will be available to transport you from Kenton On Sea to the starting line. The run will be during low tide, so you will be running on mostly hard sand.
21km Half Marathon
When you participate in this unique run it will count towards your qualifying score. The race will end at the mouth of the Kariega River near Kenton On Sea. Runners will be ferried across the river to join the festivities on Kariega Main Beach.
